Why should I register?
Once you’ve registered, you won’t have to fill in your shipping details each time you make a purchase. You will also be kept up-to-date with all our exclusive offers, discounts and many other things that may be of interest to you. Plus… you will get a fabulous surprise on your birthday!
How do I register?
Registering is simple. You have two options: click on ‘sign in’, or register during step two of the purchasing process once you have selected the items you wish to buy.
I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
If you can’t remember your password, click on ‘sign in’ and then ‘I’ve forgotten my password’. Simply enter your e-mail address and we will automatically send you an email with instructions on how to create a new password.
Once registered, how can I update my personal details?
Go to ‘My account’ and click on the ‘Edit data’ button. You can then modify all your details, including your password. When you’ve finished, don’t forget to click on the ‘Send’ button.
How do I pay for my purchases?
You can use your credit (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) or debit (4B or 4B Maestro) cards to pay for your purchases, as well as the PayPal system.
How long does delivery take?
You will receive your order between 2 and 5 working days from the purchase date. If you gave us your mobile phone number when you registered, we’ll send you an SMS telling you when to expect delivery.
Where will my order be sent to?
To the delivery address you specified, provided it is within the mainland euro zone and not a PO Box. Remember that you may also indicate a delivery address other than the buyer’s address. This is especially useful when sending gifts, if you spend more time at work than at home, or when you are going to be away from your usual place of residence for some time. Finally, some women'secret stores in selected countries receive deliveries for items purchased online. If this is allowed in your country, you will be notified during the shopping process when you are asked to choose the delivery address.
What are the shipping rates?
The shipping rates vary depending on the total cost of your purchase and the delivery address. In some cases, you won’t have to pay anything at all!

* In the case of items shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customers are liable for the customs duties applicable on receipt of the order. These costs vary according to weight, but are usually around €20. The same applies for items shipped to Switzerland and Norway: in this case costs represent approximately 7.5% of the total order. If the customer does not collect the order from customs, they will be liable for any expenses incurred through returning the order to Cortefiel's warehouses in Aranjuez, Madrid. These expenses will be deducted from the purchase refund.
Shipping to EU (continental euro area):
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal (excluded Azores and Madeira), UK and Sweden.

How can I return a product I have bought at womensecret.com?
Orders delivered in Spain, in the case of faulty items:
Via the Internet you have 14 working days as of the reception date to return and/or exchange your order via the Internet. In the case of exchanges, these may only be made for other references whose price does not exceed that of the items you wish to exchange. Contact our Customer Service Department at + 34 902 45 95 45 and we’ll pick up your purchases from the delivery address you specified.
Via a high street store: you have 30 calendar days as of the date of purchase to visit any women’secret store to exchange or return items. In this case, you may exchange items for any other reference, paying any possible difference in price.
This does not apply to outlet items, which may only be exchanged or returned via the Customer Service Department, following the procedure indicated above.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: you have 30 calendar days following the date of purchase to return or exchange items in the stores.
These returns and/or exchanges do not entail any additional costs for customers.
Faulty items delivered elsewhere in the EU:
Via the Internet: in this case returns only (not exchanges) may be made. You have 14 working days following receipt of your order. All unwanted items must be returned to womensecret.com at Paseo del Deleite s/n, 28300 Aranjuez, Spain, via your preferred means of transport (shipping costs are payable by the customer).
Via a high street store: you have 30 calendar days following the date of purchase to visit any women’secret store to return or exchange (if allowed) these items.
This does not apply to outlet items, which may only be exchanged or returned via the Internet Department.
Portugal, Switzerland and Norway: returns (not exchanges) may only take place via the Internet Department. Please contact our Customer Service Department at email@example.com, and we will pick up your purchase from the delivery address you specified. (Shipping costs are payable by the customer).
Spain and the rest of the EU: In the case of returns and exchanges made via the Internet, you must fill in the returns form enclosed with your order. In the case of items returned or exchanged at physical stores you must show the receipt. All unwanted items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Notwithstanding the above, returns and/or exchanges on undergarments (all underwear briefs, men’s underpants and boxer shorts, bra accessories), fragrances and cosmetics, socks, tighs and fashion jewellery, as well as items from special collections as specified in the corresponding subhome section, are only accepted if they are faulty or defective.
Items from some special collections may only be returned via the online store, and must therefore be sent to the women’secret Internet Department, in accordance with the procedure described above. Information to this effect will be given on the corresponding collection subhome section.
Under no circumstances shall postage and packaging costs or custom duties be refunded.
Customer’s right to return unwanted items:
If you wish, you may return unwanted items within 14 days starting from the date you received the product. The terms and conditions are the same as in the case of returns and exchanges described above. However, you must fill in the returns form included with your order.
women’secret will provide a full refund within 30 days following notification of the return of unwanted items. The shipping costs for returning unwanted items are payable by the customer.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
To track the status of your order, go to ‘My account’. There you’ll find a list of all your orders to date and the status of each of them.
I’m a wow club member, can I earn and redeem wowmoney at the online store?
Of course! All you have to do is identify yourself as a wow club member at the online store. If you haven’t done so yet, go to ‘My account’ on the menu, at the top of the website, and enter your wowcard number. From then on, each time you visit the online store and register to buy, you'll have the chance to redeem or keep on accumulating women'secret money.
Finally, you cannot use your wowmoney to pay shipping costs, which in turn do not enable you to earn more wowmoney. Remember that you have six months following your last purchase or redemption to use your wowmoney and that you have to use it all, on a single purchase for an equal or greater amount. If the value of your garments is lower than the amount of wowmoney you wish to redeem, you'll lose the remaining wowmoney balance.
What happens if I earn wowmoney but then I want to return an item?
No problem. If you return an item, any women’secret money earned on that purchase will be cancelled. If it is a partial return, only the wowmoney corresponding to the item you do not want will be cancelled, and the rest of the wowmoney will be automatically credited back into your members' card.
And what if I spend my wowmoney and then I wish to return an item?
If you return an item bought using wowmoney, the wowmoney will be refunded as follows: the wowmoney used for this purchase will be distributed among the total items on the receipt and a proportional refund for the amount corresponding to the returned item will be applied and credited back to your card.
