The use by customers of services of the women'secret online store implies that they have read, understood and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale included in the version published by women'secret at the time the order for items is placed. It is therefore advisable that customers read these General Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.
Scope of the contract
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable to all women'secret items sold on its website to consumers to whom orders may be delivered within Europe (Euro Zone only). Cortefiel hereby informs users that its website targets customers aged 16 or over only.
Cortefiel reserves the right to restrict users’ access to their account if it detects any fraudulent or speculative act or acts of bad faith committed when using this service.
Restrictions on purchases
For security reasons, orders totalling more than €1,500 or that include more than 40 items are not accepted.
The applicable prices are those stated on the website on the date the order is placed. The prices given for each item are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). Customers will be given a breakdown of the shipping costs when placing their order. Cortefiel S.A. reserves the right to make any modifications it considers necessary to the products and prices, even on a daily basis, in accordance with changing circumstances at any time and without prior notice.
In the case of goods shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customers must pay the corresponding customs tariffs, which vary according to the package weight. The same also applies to Switzerland and Norway, in which case customs duties will vary in accordance with the total value of the order.
Payment may be made by Visa®, MasterCard® or American Express® credit cards, or 4B or 4B Maestro debit cards, whereby the amount will be automatically debited from the corresponding account, and the PayPal system. In all cases, the choice of payment method must be made at the appropriate stage of the purchasing process.
Customers must notify Cortefiel of any incorrect or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchase, either by e-mail or telephone, at the earliest possible opportunity, thereby allowing Cortefiel to take any necessary action.
Payment service providers may also adopt anti-fraud measures that do not permit certain types of operations or transactions. Cortefiel holds no responsibility for the application of this type of security policies.
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of any supply incidents or if stock runs out, customers will be informed and given a full refund of any amounts paid.
Items will be delivered to the address specified by the customer, which may differ from their home address. Items may be delivered to their work address or to a third party address as a gift. In either case, written proof of identity shall be required by means of an official document and signature of the delivery slip. The delivery date indicated on the Website is for indicative purposes only. However, womensecret shall make all reasonable efforts to comply with this date, although it shall not be liable for any possible delays to the initial estimated delivery date.
In the case of items shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customers are liable for the customs duties applicable on receipt of the order. These costs vary according to weight, but are usually around €20. The same applies for items shipped to Switzerland and Norway: in this case costs represent approximately 7.5% of the total order. If the customer does not collect the order from customs, they will be liable for any expenses incurred through returning the order to Cortefiel's warehouses in Aranjuez, Madrid. These expenses will be deducted from the purchase refund.
Returns or exchanges (in the case of faulty items)
Orders delivered in Spain:
-Online: you have 14 working days as of the reception date to return and/or exchange your order online. You may exchange items for others of the same value or below that which you wish to exchange. Contact our Customer Service Department on 902 45 95 45 and we will collect your purchases from the specified delivery address.
-At one of our stores: you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to call in at any women'secret store to return or exchange your purchases. In this case, items may be exchanged for any others, and any difference in price must be paid for by the customer.
Please note that outlet garments may only be returned or exchanged via our Customer Service Department, as previously specified.
Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla: you have 30 calendar days following the purchase date in order to return or exchange items in-store.
There are no additional costs for customers when returning and/or exchanging items.
Orders delivered in the EU:
-Online: In this case, customers may only return items (no exchanges are accepted). Returns must be made within 14 working days following receipt of your order. All unwanted garments must be sent to the women'secret online store at Paseo del Deleite s/n, 28300 Aranjuez, Spain, via your preferred means of transport (shipping costs are payable by the customer).
-At one of our stores: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to call in at any women'secret store to return or exchange these items (exchanges in this instance are allowed).
Please note that any outlet items you wish to return must be sent to the Internet Department.
Portugal, Switzerland and Norway: returns (no exchanges are accepted) may only be made via the Internet Department. Please contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will collect your purchase from the specified delivery address (shipping costs are payable by the customer).
Spain and the rest of the EU: A returns slip must be filled in and included with the items when making returns or exchanges online. For in-store returns you must provide proof of purchase. All unwanted items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Notwithstanding the above, no returns or exchanges may be made on undergarments (all underwear briefs, men's boxers and underpants, bra accessories), fragrances and cosmetics, socks, tighs and fashion jewellery, as well as those items from special collections specified in the corresponding subhome section, except in the case of fault or defect.
In the case of some special collections, returns may only be made via the online store, and must therefore be processed via the women'secret Internet Department, in accordance with the instructions given above. In such cases, this will be specified in the corresponding subhome section for that collection at the online store.
Under no circumstances shall refunds be given for shipping costs or customs tariffs.
Right of withdrawal
Customers are entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days following reception of the goods. The conditions regulating this right are the same as those that apply to refunds or exchanges for faulty items described above. However, customers must fill in and send the returns/withdrawal note with the unwanted item or items.
Cortefiel shall refund the customer for the amount received within 30 days following reception of the notification of withdrawal. The customer shall be liable for any costs involved in returning the items.
Guarantee for products purchased
The contractual guarantee offered is that set forth in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, for the amended General Consumer and User Protection Law. Cortefiel shall respond to any instances of non-conformity expressed within a period of two years following delivery, provided that the customer has duly notified Cortefiel of the said lack of conformity within two months of the buyer becoming aware of these circumstances.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to Spanish Law. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you and we shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the user’s address, expressly waiving the right to any others.
