Choose a product

Once you have chosen the product you wish to buy, click on “add to basket”. You can then continue shopping or finish the process, in which case you should click on “proceed to checkout”. Then, simply follow the rest of the steps to complete the process.

  Check your order
  Make sure that the details of the products you have selected, such as the size and colour, are correct. You can also calculate the shipping costs and see the total amount payable. To continue, click on ‘next step'

  Sign in (if you have not already done so)
  This step is not necessary if you signed in before you started shopping. If this is not the case, you should sign in as a store user by entering your email address and password. If you have not registered as a user of the online store, you can do this here, filling in the details that are necessary in order to complete the process.

  Select your delivery option and enter your details
  Here you can choose whether you wish your purchases to be sent to the same address you registered with or to a different one. Alternatively, you can also choose to collect your order from any women’secret store of your choice (valid only in select countries). You can also decide whether you wish to send it as a gift (the receipt will not include the price) and include a special card with a message.

  Confirmation
  Check your order and delivery details you have provided before clicking on ‘start payment process’. You’ve now nearly finished!

  Completing the process
  By clicking on ‘start payment process’ you will automatically be redirected to a secure connection where you can select the bankcard you wish to pay with. Alternatively, if you select the PayPal system, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal payment page in order to complete the process.

And that’s it! You have successfully completed the buying process. You’ll see a summary of all your order details, which we recommend you print out and keep. Confirmation of your order will also be sent to the email address you gave when registering. If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam box!
