If you bought as a guest, you can access returns using the link you will find in the e-mails we have sent you.
When you have selected the items you wish to return and entered the return, you will need to arrange collection of your order with a carrier and send it to us at the address indicated on the website.
Pack all your items into a single parcel and stick the label provided by the carrier on the outside. Whenever possible, we recommend that you use the package in which you received your order, using the second adhesive strip to seal it. In this way we can avoid generating more waste. Once we have received the products returned in the warehouse, you will receive a refund via the same payment method you used.
